One of the primary services of The Holston Conference Foundation is to assist individuals who are interested in exploring opportunities to make siginficant gifts to support their church or another ministry through a bequest, through a Charitable Gift Annity, Charitable Remainder Trust, or through securities, insurance, retirement plans or other accumulated asseets. Gifts are as individual as the givers and can bring economic benefits in the form of income and tax deduction. We offer experience about what others have done and practical guidelines to make sure that gifts are carefully invested and used wisely for their intended purpose. We would be most pleased to confidentially listen and assist you in designing your own gift plan that reflects your heart and mind for the church, ministry, or program you choose.
We have several booklets and brochures available simply for the asking including The Personal Information Record booklet, Faithful Giving: A Guide for Christian Stewards, and several other specialized publications on giving options such as Charitable Remainder Unitrusts, Charitable Gift Annuities, Gifts of Real Estate, Life Insurance, IRA's, and gifts directed through a will.
