To file a housing request, call Lake Junaluska Reservations Office at 1-800-222-4930, listen to the prompts, and then select the option for individual reservations. Should you encounter continued busy signals, you may also try (828) 452-2881 and ask to speak with Reservations.
To book lodging online, look for a link here at 8:00am. Please carefully follow the procedure outlined on the Lake Junaluska website for online reservations. The group number for online reservations is 477231.
All members (“delegates”) of the Conference should file a personal Reservation Request. Persons who are not members will need to make separate reservations if they are also seeking lodging, but priority will be given to members of the Annual Conference. Alternate delegate(s) may occupy housing reserved for the member(s) they replace.
