- Thursday, May 10, Pastors' Spring Luncheon at Alcoa, First UMC, gathering at 11:30 a.m. and eat at noon.
- Monday, May 14, 10:00 a.m.-noon, Golden Opportunities Council meeting at the District office.
- Sunday, May 20, 3:00 p.m. Pre-Conference Briefing at Broadway UMC.
- Thursday, June 7, 8:30a.m.-4:30p.m., please deliver your food buckets to Fairview UMC, 2508 Old Niles Ferry Road, Maryville, for our Hands-On-Mission Project for Annual Conference.
- Friday, June 8, before noon will be your last time to deliver your food buckets to Fairview.
- Sunday-Wednesday, June 10-13, Annual Conference at Lake Junaluska, NC.
- Wednesday, June 20, Moving Day for Transitioning Pastors.
- Thursday, June 28, 11:00a.m.-1:00p.m., New Pastor Lunch and Orientation in the Conference room at the District office, 217 S. Rankin Road, Alcoa.
