Holston Conference Christian Educators Fellowship meets twice a year, once during the winter CEF Retreat and then again during Annual Conference in June.

Mary Ethel Cochran Scholarship
The Holston Chapter of Christian Educators Fellowship established the Mary Ethel Cochran Scholarship following her death in 2002 to honor one who had given so much to so many in Holston Conference. She was a Christian Educator who mentored many lay and clergy members of the United Methodist Church both within and outside the boundaries of the Holston Conference. She had a passion about Christian Education that has been surpassed by very few. Each year, one first-time retreat attendee’s registration fee will be paid by this scholarship with the winner announced during the retreat. Donations are gladly received and may be sent to our treasurer, Nancy Hobbs.
