To provide vision and discernment of God's direction for Holston Conference by coordinating the input of the various teams/groups as it seeks to achieve its mission.
Vision of the Team
Disciples of Jesus Christ are actively engaged in ministry and mission through local congregations, districts, and conference teams by identifying and responding to God's vision for Holston Conference.

Quadrennial Training — Living the United Methodist Way
In January 2009, members of the Holston Conference Discipleship Team attended the Quadrennial Training in Jacksonville, Florida called Living the United Methodist Way: Turning Worlds Upside Down!
