Ethnic Local Church Concerns (ELCC) grants are intended for construction or renovation of buildings used by ethnic local churches. These are one-time-only grants to be used by the local church for construction and renovation only; they are not to be used for program ministry support.
The minimum ELCC Grant is $1,000. Projects requiring less than $1000 should be able to secure local church funding. The maximum ELCC Grant is $2500.
