Project Crossroads Offers Assistance to Homeowners
If your home is in need of repair and you cannot afford to make those repairs, Project Crossroads may be able to help. If you are a Smyth County resident and you own your home, just fill out a Home Repair Application and send it to our office. If you want to print an application and fill it in by hand, select the PDF version below. If you would prefer to complete the application on computer and submit it by email, select the Microsoft Word version. If you don't have Microsoft Word, you can download the free Libre Office application. Libre Office can open Microsoft Word files.
