Older Adult
Older Adult Ministries
The Holston Conference Older Adult Ministries welcomes persons who are seeking information on how to organize for program and work with persons aged 55 and older in their congregations and communities. As a conference, we are experiencing a growth in persons moving to our geographical area for retirement. Thus, it is all but imperative that we develop local outreach to these new residents. Likewise, it is important that we seek more interesting methods of reaching those who are becoming home-bound. What joyous times are ahead of us as we grow in our willingness to provide innovative ways to provide opportunities for our people to know God better and to serve God to their fullest.

Jubilation 2013
Join us for Jubilation, April 21-23, 2013!
The theme for Jubilation 2013 is Grace and Gratitude. John Wesley's formula for Christian living was: "Earn all you can... Save all you can... Give all you can." He invites us to a Christ-centered life delighting in God's abundant, freely given grace which moves us to respond to these gifts of grace with a life of gratitude.
