Breaking the Chains of Poverty: Sept. 9-10

"Breaking the Chains of Poverty" is an experiential conference for persons who are already involved in ministries for the poor and marginalized -- and for those who want a place to begin. The gathering will be held at First Broad Street United Methodist Church in Kingsport, Tenn.
