Missions Dinner: Join us June 6, at 5:15 pm for the 2022 Holston Annual Conference Missions Dinner. Here you will have the opportunity to meet the Missionaries of our conference. The dinner is $32 per person, and our Mission's Celebration Service will begin following the dinner. You must register by May 15, 2022 in order to attend. Appointments will be announced in churches receiving new clergy on Sunday morning, April 3 and posted on the Conference website that afternoon.
Printed Book of Reports will not beavailable for purchase at Holston Annual Conference event in June.
After April 15, the Book of Reports will be available on the conference web page only.
Printed materials when available will be distributed to the address provided in the order form.
May 1:
Childcare registration deadline.
Holston Annual Conference is offering childcare for a maximum of 10 preschool (infant - 5 years old) children and 40 elementary age (rising 1st grade - 6th grade) children on Monday and Tuesday from 8:00A-5:00P and on Wednesday from 8:00A-12:00N in the children’s building at Lake Junaluska. The cost is $50 per child and includes lunch and snacks. The fee also includes swimming, putt-putt golf, boat ride, gaga ball, and Kids in the Creek presentation by Haywood Waterways Association for elementary age children. Once child registered, we will send a confirmation with details and items that each child needs to bring. Please contact Susan Groseclose at susangroseclose@holston.org with any questions.
