Annual Conference

Annual Conference

Continuing with our Together theme, the 2023 Holston Annual Conference will focus on gathering and worshiping together. There are many questions floating around our conference and denomination at this time: who is going and who is staying; will this be a delegation voting year;  will Bishop Wallace-Padgett be with us full time or not, etc... While we may not know these answers today, we do know we are called, designed, and created to worship God. We also know we may disagree on some things, but we can all agree God moves in a powerful way when we set aside our differences, gather for holy conferencing, and worship together.

We hope you will begin praying for our Annual Conference today and plan on joining us June 4-7, 2023 for this time of holy conferencing. Members of the Annual Conference will be gathering at Lake Junaluska and others may join us, via live stream, on ac.holston.org.

Housing | Lake Junaluska

Members of the Annual Conference will receive an online portal link to book their Lake Junaluska housing in February, 2023. Please note, this is not the normal way of requesting housing. The link sent will allow each person to book their own reservation. Additional information will be sent to all clergy and lay members via email, so please contact your district office to ensure we have an up-to-date email address for you.

In addition to receiving housing information, you will also receive information concerning childcare. We are pleased to announce Camp in the Community will be hosting our childcare this year. Please stay tuned for more information.
