ON THANKSGIVING DAY, Grove UMC prepared more than 200 Thanksgiving meals for our community. Meals were delivered to those who could not get to the church. Our fellowship hall was decorated, and members were ready to serve anyone who joined us. It was a Thanksgiving Celebration – a time to feed those who are hungry, those who are lonely, or those who just wanted to spend the holiday with a church family. This year we were blessed to have the Mormon Church help us prepare, serve, and deliver desserts. This is a church-wide project that brings more joy to us than the people we serve. We thank God for the opportunity to give this Thanksgiving!
