CLINTWOOD, Va. - Our images of stories and people from the Bible most often come from artist images we've seen over time.
Back in the Middle Ages in Europe, huge churches were built and a big part of those churches were stained glass windows of some of those same stories and people. Those windows followed us to America and can still be seen in the region's churches.
We visited one church that has one of the largest collections of stained glass that was almost lost forever.
The town of Clintwood has all but squeezed out the Clintwood United Methodist Church. Inside you'll see one of the most impressive collections of stained glass windows in Southwest Virginia.
