Bradley S. Williams, president and CEO of Holston Home for Children, announced that Charles Hutchins received the Olin E. Oeschger Award during the March 24-26 national meeting of the United Methodist Association in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

"This award is the highest award given by UMA and recognizes a lifetime of achievement. The award is not an annual award and is only given out for exceptional examples of leadership in our field," Williams said.
