KINGSPORT, Tenn. (Jan. 10, 2016) -- Starting Sunday evening Shades of Grace United Methodist Church in downtown Kingsport will stay open as a warming shelter for anyone in need.
Pastor Will Shewey told News Channel 11 they expect to operate around the clock for at least several days as temperatures continue to drop.
