KINGSPORT, Tenn. (Oct. 27, 2015) -- You could drive by and not recognize Will Shewey’s storefront as a United Methodist church, but a lot of passersby in this downtown block of Kingsport aren’t driving or passing through. They’re stuck in place, in limbo.  Shewey and his congregation at Shades of Grace are determined to help them climb out, and up.
