Coming in future editions of THE CALL or THE CALL 2:
- Resurrection, Holston's winter spritual retreat, happens Jan. 18-21 and Jan. 25-27 in Gatlinburg. We're looking for teen reporters who will write about their experiences or send photographs.
- The February 2008 edition of THE CALL will feature a story on Natural Church Development at Burks United Methodist Church in Chattanooga District. If you're involved in a church undergoing the NCD process, tell us if want to be interviewed about lessons learned.
- Embezzlement. We've heard of recent incidents in Holston Conference. Are you willing to talk about what might have happened in your church? Requests for anonymity will be honored.
- C-Mail. Most of our "Letters to the Editor" focus on homosexuality, war, and conservative vs. liberal viewpoints -- although THE CALL produces numerous stories on mission and ministry each year. THE CALL values all feedback and strives to "let all the voices be heard." But are the voices being heard? Or do we hear from the loudest and most radical? Write to us. Let your voice be heard. Letters printed in the newspaper must be limited to 150 words, but online letters may be longer.
Respond to each of these requests by writing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put "Your 2 Cents" in the subject heading.
