Holston Conference churches have recently built a new school in the inland city of Zwedru, Liberia. Walls are up, the roof is in place, and windows are installed. Now the rooms stand empty.

Two major needs remain: Student desks and scholarships.

Some 350 desks need to be built for the 17 classrooms of the school. Estimated cost per desk: $25.

Student scholarships: Many children and youth of Liberia are denied an education because their families cannot afford even the small tuition fee of $50 per year per student.

Many Sunday school classes, church grous, and individuals would be blessed by providing vital $50 scholarships.
