Todd Chancey

Elizabeth Chancey (pen name: Hilda Talley) and her husband Rev. Todd Chancey (Pen name: Christopher Talley) have been in full time ministry in the United Methodist Church for over 32 years. Their ministry began in youth and children’s ministry, and soon Todd’s gifts and graces were revealed in Church Business Administration and now Todd is serving as an Elder in the Holston Annual Conference.
