April Pension/Health Insurance Statements From New Billing Software Are In the Mail!

New Online Billing Process Coming May 2021

After much wailing and gnashing of teeth (well...not really wailing), the April pension/health insurance direct billing statements have been generated from our new billing software and are in the mail!

You will find both an "old" statement and a "new" preliminary statement in your envelope this month. Please compare the two statements, and if you have a question about your Insurance/Pension statements, please send a detailed email to juliegraham@holston.org. Please include your complete contact information, your church/charge name, your pastor's name, and your Pension/Insurance account number in the email.

The Benefits Office has used VANCO for online Pension/Insurance payments for many years. In May 2021, we will begin using a new online billing program called Ministry Financials.

Please make your health insurance/pension payments by check in April 2021 and watch for instructions on how to pay online beginning in May 2021. We will be mailing information via snail mail, sending emails, and updating this page on the website as we have instructions and information.

Ministry Financials will give you online access to your statements and transaction history, simplify the payment process, and allow multi-point charges to divide their payments between churches.

As part of this transition, please make any Insurance/Pension payments after December 31, 2020 BY CHECK ONLY until you receive notice that the new software is up and running. VANCO will not be available for you to pay your pension/insurance payments online after December 31, 2020.
