Live Convocation is back! Join us at Music Road in February to hear some great speakers and re-connect with your clergy colleagues. Our featured speakers will be Dr. Amy Oden, author and Professor of Early Church History and Spirituality, and Greg Atkinson, best-selling author and ,international speaker. Our preachers for worship will be Dr. Teresa Fry Brown, Bandy Professor of Preaching at Candler School of Theology, and our new Bishop, Debra Wallace-Padgett. Music will be provided by the First Maryville UMC choir, The Gathering, Keith Memorial UMC's Praise Band, and the Rev. Willie Kitchens and his accompanist, Jeff Seay.

The theme for our event will be "Boundless Hospitality". Through good times and bad, health and pandemic, agreement and discord, we strive to embody the message of Christ in every encounter and extend a heartfelt welcome to all - from the doors of our churches to our district ministries and throughout Holston Conference and beyond.

So we welcome YOU to Ministers' Convocation 2022! Be sure to register soon to get the best registration rate. Also, the hotel is not accepting online reservations this year due to staffing issues, so be sure to call Music Road soon and specify "option 3" to get our Holston group rate.

See you in Pigeon Forge!

For those who want to participate in Convocation but cannot for health or other reasons, we are offering a virtual option for this event. CEUs and registration rate remain the same for either option.
