Christ United Methodist Church seeks a full-time Director of Education. Duties include:

• Managing the education program by designing, implementing, and coordinating teams for all ages from birth through adulthood
• Recruit and train adult leaders
• Supervise the education staff which includes the nursery, children, and youth staff
• Plan seminars for marriage enrichment, parenting, boundaries, etc.
• Schedule evening classes/groups for our Wednesday night programs

Qualifications: Christian faith and passion for sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. Education degree preferable with Christian discipleship training, recruitment skills, organizational skills, and a creative strong work ethic to form new groups.
